Paige Makes Store Policies
PROCESSING TIME: 5-10 business days, during the holiday season or launches it may take (but highly unlikely) up to 8-14 business days.
My made to order or preorder launch processing time is 21 days or 3 weeks. I will attempt to fulfill orders faster than this time, but it may take up to the stated time.
If you would like any of the hardware swapped for a different metal (14k gold plated/white gold/silver stainless steel) please send and email and include your order number in the subject line.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: You may request to cancel your order up to 24 hours after purchase but I will not cancel anything after that period. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to email me: paigemakes.shop@gmail.com
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen product.
If package is returned to sender due to incorrect package/address details, buyer is responsible to pay for reshipment.
If you place multiple orders on the same day and pay shipping more than once we will refund the extra shipping costs to you, please message us before we ship your order! IG: @Paige__Makes (two underscores!)

Please note that by choosing express shipping at checkout relates only to transit times. 100% of shipping charges to you goes directly to USPS or the chosen shipping company. I do not profit whatsoever off of shipping. Please contact me if you have questions or concerns about the processing time.
